Tim Benson was born in London in 1978. After graduating from The Byam Shaw School of Art in 2001 he has had a number of successful exhibitions with well-known London galleries. His draughtsmanship and understanding of colour and composition have earned him a reputation as a notable landscape painter.


His primary interest is the landscape of East Anglia, in particular Norfolk and Suffolk. It is this environment in which both Seago and Turner produced some of their most memorable works. The influence of both painters on Tim’s work is clear to see with vast skies captured in strong brushwork. His work is in many private collections.
